Legacy Tower – Tenant Lounge

Metroplex outfitted the tenant lounge and conference center in this 13-story, Class AA office building with ultra-high-end finishes to appeal to the building’s equally high-end tenants. To accommodate employee and client gatherings, the lounge is bookended by a custom onyx bar with a smoked-glass backdrop at one end and opulent, built-in wine lockers at the other. The conference center is the ideal space for training and entertaining, thanks to a state-of-the-art audiovisual package, and wood and fabric-wrapped ceiling panels to maximize acoustics.
