Stifel Investments has hired Metroplex two build projects at both Frisco Station OFfices 2 as well as Harwood X in Dallas. The projects total over 30,000 square feet and are expected to be complete in May, 2020.
Metroplex was awarded a full floor project with Kimley Horn at The Galleria Office Towers in North Dallas. That will make the fourth project totaling over 130,000 square feet.
We are excited to have another repeat client! Caldwell Cassady and Curry has hired Metroplex to build their new offices at Park District in Dallas. The project is designed by IA’s Dallas office and will include very high end finishes throughout.
Darling Ingredients has selected Metroplex to build their 95,000 square foot corporate headquarters at MacArthur Center I in Irving. Darling was represented by Cushman and Wakefield’s Bill McClung and the project was designed by Entos Design.
Metroplex has completed 3 projects for CMI totalling 82,000 square feet in Dallas, Coppell and Plano. Cushman and Wakefield’s Kyle Bramlett was the Construction Manager and Jeff Funderburk with Benson Hlavaty was the designer.
Brierley + Partners has signed a 56,703 square foot lease in the top 2 floors at Frisco Station. The headquarters relocation will be built by Metroplex General Contractors. Randy Cooper and Craig Wilson with Cushman and Wakefield represented Brierley in the transaction.
Metroplex was awarded the Fiserv offices totaling 75,000 square feet on the 4th and 5th floors of Offices One at Frisco Station. The project will be managed by Jones Lang Lasalle and designed by TVS Design.
Metroplex was hired to build the headquarters for Geoforce, a leader in software and tracking for the oil and gas, transportation, mining and construction industries. Designed by Gensler Architects, the space will include some very high end and unique finishes. The project is slated to be complete in early December.
Metroplex General Contractors has signed a new lease with KBS to relocate to the 6th floor of Legacy Town Center I. The 4,944 square foot space will be completed in late October. “We are very excited about renewing our commitment to the Legacy area” said company President Tony Vincent.
Medical City Healthcare decides to relocate their offices from Irving to Galleria Tower III in Dallas and has hired Metroplex to build the 39,000 square foot space. The project will include wood ceilings and visually stunning finishes throughout. Entos Design is the Architect for the project.
