Fiserv selects Metroplex to build office at Frisco Station
Metroplex was awarded the Fiserv offices totaling 75,000 square feet on the 4th and 5th floors of Offices One at Frisco Station. The project will be managed by Jones Lang Lasalle and designed by TVS Design.

Geoforce hires Metroplex to build new headquarters in Plano, TX
Metroplex was hired to build the headquarters for Geoforce, a leader in software and tracking for the oil and gas, transportation, mining and construction industries. Designed by Gensler Architects, the space will include some very high end and unique finishes. The project is slated to be complete in early December.

Metroplex signs lease for new office
Metroplex General Contractors has signed a new lease with KBS to relocate to the 6th floor of Legacy Town Center I. The 4,944 square foot space will be completed in late October. “We are very excited about renewing our commitment to the Legacy area” said company President Tony Vincent.

Medical City Healthcare hires Metroplex
Medical City Healthcare decides to relocate their offices from Irving to Galleria Tower III in Dallas and has hired Metroplex to build the 39,000 square foot space. The project will include wood ceilings and visually stunning finishes throughout. Entos Design is the Architect for the project.

Metroplex awarded Equinix “Center of Excellence”
Equinix selected Metroplex General Contractors to build a 37,000 square foot sales and training office at Frisco Station. The office will include all open ceilings and have over 400 custom pendant light fixtures, a putting green and unique finishes throughout.

Luxurious Offices for Holland and Knight, Now Complete!
This luxurious 38,000 square foot commercial interior was built at The Crescent Office Towers in Dallas, TX. Designed by Hendrick Architects in Atlanta, this impressive space was elegantly styled with an abundant use of high-end millwork and choice stone. The project was move-in ready ahead of schedule and within budget.
